you could probably turn the heater sideways and push it down about 3/4 the way down...
you are probably going to turn the power off when you are doing your maintenance/ water change so just in case you dont turn off the power the heater will be safe ...

Keep in mind that all these tests were taken in the same light.

I think it's between 1 and 2ppm.
I tested it again just to be sure.

January 21, 2013: Realized it was at 1ppm so I decided to Re-dosed. OMG! I over dosed the tank!

Did a 50% water change and got it down to 2ppm.

Re-dosed to 4ppm waited a couple hours to test. Yes the results I wanted:

That was my Crazy Monday. Soon today going to retest for Ammonia and NitrItes to see if Ammonia goes down again and if nitrItes started showing up.

I am I seen nitrites?? and maybe nitrates?
it has it been less than 24 hours and my ammonia is already this slow. am I correct in saying this? according to the results:

I retested for ammonia and nitrItes.
I got NITRITESSSSSS! :D:thumbup:

Upon closer observation, feel the ammonia and nitrites levels are too high. The nitrites were unreadable.So did 25% water change to lower levels. Also to raise up my pH levels too.
Since its too cold over here. Plant guy did not want to ship them yet. He and I did not want to risk it.

Parameters:
Ammonia: 1ppm(low redose)
Nitrites: 5ppm
pH: 6.6
Ammonia too low need to redose back up. Testing in a couple of hours. pH not going back to normal reading of 7.0.
