So funny because my API test-tube for ammonia is about exactly the same hue of green as yours.
I don't read the pic you posted as 4ppm. I see it as more of a 2ppm.

Took so long because for the life of me I could not get the tank level enough to where I felt safe to fill it up. Also
life happened!! Went through a couple of things and setting up the tank was not in those plans!
I took a look again. You are right I see 2ppm too.
Heads up People!! The dosing the direction on the bottle are, 1 drop of ammonia chloride
per gallon to achieve 2ppm. I put a total of 60 drops to get 2ppm.
Going to test water to see if it was that I didn't let it circulate long enough in the water!!!
I will let you guys know what the results are.
