What aquatic plants does silver dollars dislike? I have two slver dollars about the size of like 3 inches. I also have 2 blood red parrots about 2 1/2 inches, one inch angel fish, one chinese algae eater, and finally a flowerhorn blood parrot 2 1/2. 20 gallon tank.
My dad just bought me a 40 gallon tank :grinyes: along with a fluval 205 canister filter, and 2 bags of gray/black-looking and substrate. I happily finished everything during count down new year midnight. The substrate is finally dissipating thankfully and the whole tank is looking clearer each day. Used the fishless cycling method, been 3 days and it's not enough. My old tank is on the other side sitting in a table, thankfully I can take my time with my 40 gal. I have a idea, but iunno if it works(probably will) can't I just rinse off the media in the 40 gallons that was in my 20 gallon? Just so it can nerf up the cycle.
