The Perfect LFS

Would have what? Knowledable staff? Nice display tanks? Large selection? Hard to find fish? Variety of live foods? What else?

We've all bashed for the bad, now post what you would like to see at a local shop! If you were to walk into your idea of a perfect shop, what would it look like?

a new Petland opened up by me yesterday.

the staff's knowledge isnt the best, but they have so many fish its hard to imagine. the selection is just amazing!

All I want is to see people conscious with what they are doing to the fish and how they are entertaining their customers. LOL..And I always love a vast array of fish to complete my shopping hysteria.:grinyes:

snails with healthy shells! Qt area. A good variety of plants with different light requirements. a nice variety of inverts. brackish choices kept in brackish water. i am sure i can come up with a million things!

ok, a couple more than, lol: affordable bulk substrate, accurate take home care sheets, a good selection of reference materials, both sexes available of fish offered. theres a couple more for ya

clean tanks. no bs. seen some that dont even know how to catch the fish. stand by their fish. i have had fish not even make it home and they were like too bad. looked fine but dead in between the 10 mins it took to get home. no common plecos or pacus lol

i would like a nice plant section. rare fish would be nice. different fish so its not the same thing every time. if they tore down the salty stuff and stocked with plants lol......
