Tankmates for cherry barbs and tiger barbs?

I got about 5 tigers and about 7 cherry barbs with 3 oto cats.

Any tank mates that would compatible?
I also have like 3 guppies with them and they're fine. I was looking for something a little bigger or more lively.
I wish a betta will do, but he'll have no fins left over.

Cherry Barbs arn't fin nippers- but Tiger barbs could be if there are only 5 of them. You could put a Betta in with Cherries otherwise; although, if the tigers are not bothering the guppies they might not bother the betta.

If you want active fish with them- I'd suggest danios... don't get much more active than danios and I currently keep them with Cherry barbs- they get along great and look good together....

29 tall, heavily planted.
I saw this betta I want so bad, but a little hesitant.

The betta would be perfect to the look.

The tigers may or may not bother him- it sounds like they've not hurt the guppies.

Either way it's a win win situation... If they leave him alone- GREAT!!! If they don't, at the first sign of trouble you seperate him and have a perfect excuse to buy a new aquarium!!!!

i already have another aquarium, its also a 29..... dont have time to set it up now. dealing with my business n full time career.

I love my Gold Barbs... you could have a sweet Barb Tank

Edit: You don't get much more lively than Tiger Barbs unless you go with the more active danios.

I know....... i would like some more blue or colors.
i was thinking of neons but they were like 2.99 at petsmart.....expensive.

I am a huge barb fan... so take this for what it's worth, but your Tiger Barb school could use expanding, and you could get some green ones (Moss Barbs).
