Okay guys I tried the ice filmed water trick to off the snail I actualy made my partner do it because I'm am a sissy when it comes to these things. I checked for heart beat moments after being sumerged in the water. I left it on a paper towel to make sure there were no movement and I am able to see its heart clearly. Seems that after the snail regains its temperature it's heart starts beating again. So again I put it back into the water for 5 more minutes. This snail will NOT die I dont want to keep torturing it with icy water so I put it into my breeder net and it's crawling around. This one is going to be up to nature. If anyone else has a painless idea of killing this snail please share. So far only 3 snails have done this and no sign of others trying to do the same.
