I've considered something of the sort, probably anubias rather than moss. I don't want it to get overrun. I'll have to see how things play out as I start stocking with plants and fish.

i think an anubias species would look wonderful on there. my only concern with cherry shrimp and a dwarf frog would be the frog would eat the cherry shrimp.
