Seachem Fertilizers

I am still relatively new to the whole planted tank thing, so I bought the Seachem Liquid fertilizers (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Trace).

My question is, is there anyway to use these in the Estimative method shown in the stickies above? I don't want to waste them, but I don't seem to get the results I would like from these liquids.

I have ~3 watts per gallon light of compact flourescent light, running pressurized C02 (I am also using one of those indicators and it shows green, so I think I have the right amount of CO2) and I have a flourite substrate.

Seachem's fertilizers are the same thing we use in the EI method, they just come premixed. Seachem's nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and flourish are essentially KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4, and CSM+B so you can use them exactly the same way. All you have to do is figure out the amount to use, which a fertilizer calculator like the one from www.aquaticplantcentral.com can help with.

I've used the schedule that Bk posted but with lower and less frequent doses of Excel as I was keeping "Excel sensitive plants" (ie. vals and crypts). Didn't seem to make much difference though. Although I wouldn't suggest adding all the chemicals listed on Day 7, except Prime with the water change.
