Reusing tank betta died in?

I took pity on a betta that was coverd in fungus. He did not make it. After I bury the fish and dump the water out, is there something I should do before reusing it?

Wash it once and rinse it twice.

make a 1:10 bleach solution and put it in there and scrub some. make sure the bleach is unscented.

then, when you set up the tank again, just put in 3 or 4 times the dose to get rid of all of the chlorine.

My moms boyfriend's mom has a boarding house. There was this one 300lbs guy. She told him she was kicking him out. He died the next day of a heart attack. My mom tryed to get me to clean out his room for her bf's mom. He died in that room.

I would dump a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in there and fill up the rest with water. After a few hours empty and let it completely dry and wait 24 hours. The H202 will break down to H20 an 02. No worries about leftover chlorine. It's the 2 gallon, right?
