Pink Kissing Gourami terror!

Also, here's a question.

Why does the Gourami only chase the smaller one and not mess with any of the other fish? The Shark and the Spotted Climbing Perch can swim right by it and it pays them no attention. Same thing with the ghost shrimp.

Im new to this so be nice if Im totally out in left field with this. My tank has a pink gourami also. I also kinda have a bit of a problem with him. he seems to be terrorizing my pleco, but just the pleco, especially around feeding time, but sometime he will also do it for no aparrent reason when theres not food in the tank also. some times they will be best buddies and swim around with each other, some times he will just slowly coming up to him and "kiss" him lightly, other time he really goes after him and will continually chase the pleco into the corner. I was trying to do research and ive seen some things that say to put another pink gourami in the tank and they will go at it with each other and not bother the other fish. what I also read is that its normal for them to do this, I dont know but I think youre gouramis are fine, as long as they dont seem to be damaging each other, and if you take one out he may turn his aggression to another, possibly, more fragile fish. we still dont know what were going to do with ours, I like him, but if he tries to eat smaller fish we will have to get rid of him, also hes only about 4 inches right now.

I know that since your question is :OT: , I prolly shouldnt anwser, but...

I woldnt keep them with other fish. When they kiss, it hurts.
