Newbie here

yeah. what other bottom dwellers do you plan on adding?

there are plenty of small plecos that would do well in the tank, ESPECIALLY if you have a lot of driftwood in there. in my 150g tank i have 8 cories and 11 plecos - bristlenose, rubberlip, clown (panaque maccus) as well as a royal and a common. i wouldn't recommend the common for your tank as they get really big, and the royals get about a foot long and NEED wood in their diet. other small (and more expensive) plecos include gold nuggets and queen arabesque, as well as the "other" clown pleco, pekoltia pulcher. the gold nuggest get big eventually but grow so slowly that it's really not an issue to start with a small one.

Ya I was pretty much sure of not getting common plecos I alway see them in petsmart and petco but like you said they get huge. I want to get some unique not that expensive plecos. How many do you suggest would be enough to get ? Instead of the palateus cories we got 3 peppered cories.

Ancistrus, Panaque maccus or some smaller species of Hypancistrus whichever species you like. Look into Planetcatfish.com's Cat-elog for pleco database.:)

Corydoras paleatus is the scientific name of peppered cories. Same fish.

I'm looking to see how many fish I can fit in my 110? I know that I want community fish. Which you probably have already read that I have

3 albino cory catfish
3 peppered cory catfish
3 gold long-finned zebra danios
3 zebra danios

So my main questions are how many fish I can fit in my tank ?
Any suggestions on what community fish to stock in my tank?

it would be better if you knew what you liked, and then we could tell you what works and how many. this is a fun place to start looking at fish -

so 10-15 cories, 2-3 small plecos, 2-3 schools of 10-12 tetras per school, handful of mollies, platies, guppies (in 1 male-2/3 female ratio), 2-3 dwarf gouramis. and maybe another handful of honduran red points - they would do fine with the other fish, stay small, and are nice and colorful. oh, and saganco is selling them in the classified section at a steal. or get a few more of them in place of the dwarf gouramis - gouramis have a tendency to be territorial/aggressive.
