New Power Filter

Im looking to get a decent power filter for my 29 gallon.

I have several in mind but can't make up my mind. I've had penguin mini's in the past for 5 and 10 gallon tanks but the darn filters get expensive quickly.

Hagen AquaClear 70. I use them on most of my 29 gallon tanks.

Also, Im looking to get a new light fixture for my tank. I would like to put low light plants in there to look better and provide a haven for small fish. Any suggestions on lighting?

For a 29 gallon tank, I would just get a fixture with only 1 65 watt bulb. If you're prepared to inject CO2, go for the 2x65.
