need a recommendation for a CO2 diffuser

Do a search for "diffuser" in the Freshwater DIY section. Lots of good info can be found rather easily there. How you build one depends on what supplies you have on hand or are willing to buy. Not to mention, which type would look more pleasing to you in your tank (or outside if choosing an inline).

Pros - works well in smaller aquariums
Cons - Will create an uneven distribution in the tank.... the Co2 will be higher near the diffuser. Also, some bubbles will still come out of the diffuser and float to the top, so you won't get 100% diffusion.
I made the one on Rexx's site, and I am very happy with it.

i have a glass one in my 85 gal. the comes out close to the out take of the filter and blown around the tank.
i was planning on put one of these above it to help spread out out the gas

THis will be a 30 gallon planted, should i get the one thats rated for 30 gallons or the one that is rated for 50 gallons?

you can even put the co2 to the intake of the power head. that link should be better. depending on how you set everything up. seems like a lot though.
