LOL, I've actually eaten horse in Norway. Had myself a Horse Sandwich. It wasn't that great, kinda tough. Get some bread, a little mayo, little lettuce, some cheese, then add a horse lunch meat. I also ate whale, that was better.
but I'd suggest "eugene" lol that name kills me for some reason.
