Is it safe to use Legos as aquarium decorations? The concerns I have would be the paint (on the faces of lego dudes, for example) and the sharp corners. Any thoughts or experience?

my theory is that if theyre safe for children, theyre likely safe for the aquarium.

kewl... I wanna put my lego sculpture in :)

I did that one for you Captain Kitty.

well... the only problem I see is with the motor... is the motor submersed? or do you have a small little bubble thing powering it? o yea.. and also... do the parts have screws in them?

I would feel mixed about doing this. Legs are plastics and HOB's and Canisters and alot of products for tanks are made with plastic. I would say it would porbably be ok, i wouldnt do it if it were up to me.

so... why won't my legos sink? I mean really... why? am I suppose to assemble them in the aquarium?
