I have boxes of Knox Gelatin for sale. These are normally sold in stores for $1.34 a pack (Walmart). I am asking .75 cents a box. I will further discount that for large purchases. I can ship it via first class (for small purchases) or priorty mail. Pick up is also available in downtown, York.

Willing to trade for dwarf crays, red cherry shrimp, decorations, plants, hoods, and lighting.
Thanks!

It's just not that exciting an item, since you can easily find it in any grocery store or Walmart, as you said. My guess is that most people don't want to bother with PayPal for some gelatin, and they certainly don't want to go through the hassle of packing and shipping live animals, plants, hoods, etc. for some!

I buy one box at Walmart for a couple of dollars and I have plenty; one batch of food lasts me months.

I agree it's not an exciting item. However, buying it at 50% off will save tons of money that you could use for more exciting items. Not everyone in this hobby is as rich as a lot of you are.

Also there are people that have tons and tons of snails. I go through 2 to 3 packets a week myself. The idea here is that you are saving money by buying in bulk so that you can save lots of money in the long run. Nowadays, we need to be smarter with our money. This is one way.

Go out and SPEND $$$$$ the economy needs stimulated lol :)

Even if you use two boxes a week (8 packets) you would only be saving $1.50 a week...that's $6 a month. (Not even calculating shipping here.) You could save the same amount by not going to McDonald's once a month. Or not buying a 20 oz soda once a week.

Don't get me wrong, I love saving money. I clip coupons and avoid disposable products. I use a Brita pitcher instead of bottled water. So it's not like I don't know a thing or two about cost saving measures.

I just don't know that this would save anyone tons and tons of money... but maybe someone would like to save a little bit of money by buying their gelatin from you. Good luck!

How much would you estimate shipping to be? If nobody comes by, I'll purchase from you. :) I don't feed gelatin products to my inverts but you have good intentions and I see your efforts so I'll be more than happy to help you out. :)

ok how much for 5 boxes shipped to CERES, CA 95307 ?

Those who are not interested in a purchase should just move along and not post in sale threads. Or direct your commentary to the OP by PM. Further offtopic remarks/discussion posts will be removed. Thanks.
