There's always the home cooked meal option. That's what my spoiled little furball gets. Chicken and brown rice.

at my local farm purina dealer,
they have a purina dog food it is called country acres(blue bag)
it is a concentrated feed it is 27protien and it think 15 fat maybe 20 not sure can remember and i burned the bag
for 18.00 for 50lb bag give or take taxes
