how to start a reef tank

Has any of you guys ever put together your own tank. meaning have you guys ever built a tank from scratch.

Since i have a clown fish, i was thinking of adding a bulb anemone. What kind of care does this need. And what other things to i have to test for to take care of a bulb anemone.

With a thirty five gallon you can have a few clown fish,and some blue tang or dori fish. Also try to setup some live coral.

i would have said 35 gal is too small for a blue tang.... they can grow to 12 inches!

minimum i would suggest for a regal blue is 70gal...
