Homosexual behavior and homosexuality are two different things. Just because a an herbivorous fish will eat meaty food, doesn't mean they are not herbivores. So while two female angelfish may lay eggs together and seem to pair off (quite common, really!) that does not mean they are incapable of mating with males...
I guess certain fish are just bi-curious?
