Guppys and Neons? WIll they mix??

It all depends on whether there is room in the tank. Assuming it isn't overstocked then yes, guppies and neons can easily co-exist. They eat similar food and aren't aggressive.
The neons may end up eating any baby guppies but then again so would any other fish and even the guppies will eat baby guppies.

I'm affraid guppies cab be troublesome sometimes. You can expect some beating from the guppies to the neons if they have to share a small space. In order to have a good school of 12+ neons and some guppoies, you'll need a tank at least 29 gallons. This will reduce the risk of beating up among them.

I believe you could try adding some guppies, and see the results. Remember there is always a chance for things to go wrong, so do it at your own risk.
You could consider adding a more secure species in there: maybe a pais of otocinclus, of some corydora catfish. They will not harm your small neons, and will compliment your tank set up very nicely.
I'm not a guppy fan myself, so I wouldn't risk a good neons set up, but those are just my two cents.
If you decide to add more fish, remember to quaretine them for some weeks. Neons can be fragile to many diseases, including ick, which is very common.

I gave a broad scope of Tetras in my Tall 25(see sig for species) and have recently added 4 endlers and everyone is happy. no bullying or nipping at all. but then again, the vegitation gives everyone plenty of places to hide!
Now if I can only find a mating pair of Zebra Plex for the 125 I'm going to be setting up I'd be really happy!

I have platys and neons and neither bothers the others...You do have to do a bit of "strategic feeding" because the platys are hogs and can shove the neons out...
