Got my blue pearl shrimps..

Blue pearl shrimp are usually a very pale ice blue. They dont get bright. In general, I've noticed that they are bluer when they're juvies. But if you were expecting a very blue shrimp, blue pearls are not the way to go.
Also, please remember that it takes a few days for shrimp to relax and color up after being shipped. They may color up a bit yet.

Should do some research before you buy. Especially if you're planning on keeping different types in the same tank. A lot of dwarf shrimp types interbreed so shouldnt be kept together. There is a sticky in this forum about that.
just like cherry shrimp some arnt as red and others are brighter same with pearls,. i had some the first were like yours then i bought from someone that really culled the ugly ones and they were real nice , i made the mistake of mixing them and thought the blue ones would enhance the colorless but just the oppisite happened they all got no color except for a small number are real dark but 98% are colorless,.. so you have to selective breed them up
I got some blue pearls and most of them are..."icy" is a good way to put it. You can definitely tell they aren't ghost shrimp, but they are not a vibrant blue, except for a few. It doesn't bother me though, and besides I got them for the cost of shipping 
I never cull my red cherries, either. I like having the mix of almost clear ones, red ones, and then those really dark red ones. With cherries, the oldest ones are usually the darkest, I'm not sure how it is with blue pearls as I haven't kept them long enough.
Cherries are still my favorite shrimp, for their hardiness and coloration. Yellows and blues are neat variations, but without a doubt I think cherries are the prettiest of the Neocaridinia species.

I've never kept CRS, but I'd say they are the same level of "aggression" as red cherry shrimp. What size tank do you have them in? This plays a big role. Mine are in a 20 gallon and the only aggression I see is their eagerness to grab food away from the Espei rasboras that are in there with them.
on aquabid there is a seller dorithy something....but her shrimp are super nicely bred for birghtest color, her RCS are fire fire fire red, her blue pearls are BLUE.......and snowballs are WHITE, and so on.......
