My fire eels mainly eat frozen blood worms. Occassionally they get live, but the stores in the area don't carry routinely.
All the others kind of eat a mix. They obviously will eat the blood worms if the eels leave any.
Mainly use Hikari: Algai Wafers, Cichlid Gold floating and sinking. and Massivor Delite.

I feed hikari micro pellets and hikari crab cuisine. also some of the hikari algae wafers from time to time. funny enough, the fish all seem to love the crab cuisine the most, even though it's for the shrimp. the shrimp rarely get any, unless I distract the fish with pellets.

I also use dried bloodworms, fozen bloodworms, and frozen brine shrimp for treats. I actually think the frozen brine shrimp are the biggest treat for ME, since the fish spend a lot of time chasing them around in the current

I occasionally add some cucumber for the otos, but they don't seem to crave it that much, so I do it rarely.
