Fin Nippers?!?!

Of this list, which would be the most likely to fin nip? Heres a list:

White Skirt Tetra
Black Skirt Tetra
Black Phantom Tetra
Black Neon Tetra
Neon Tetra
Priscella Tetra
X-Ray Tetra
Rosy Tetra
-note: the white skirt tetra is rather large, 2.5"-

I want to know because I tried guppies and their colorful back fins got completly bitten off, so i put them in Quarantine, then they died

. I would like to get angelfish but i know if i have a fin-nipper the angelfish's long fin would be irresistable to them.

I'd be cautious with skirts. The rest are fine though. Don't confuse the rosy tetras with serpaes which are indeed fin nippers.
 
When I kept white skirt tetras, they were nippy. I did have a male guppy or two in the tank, so those tetras are my best guess.

It's definately not a Serpae, it doesn't have those two Caudal fins. Anyways, if i had problems with guppies fins, would i have even more problems with angelfish? and that White Skirt is about a year-old, she's my favorite =D even though she's mean to my black-skirt. Oh yeah, my black skirt is long-finned, but he doesn't have any problems with nipping... could've it just been the guppy's passive behavior??
 
Doesn't have caudal fins?:confused: Caudal fin is tail. Pics?

Veiltail angels are at bigger risk than the normal ones. Ditch the white skirt to another tank.

Oops, sorry. I meant Anal Fins. But that doesn't matter, I know my Tetra is a Rosy Tetra... So do you think I could get angelfish?? should I just get one, and if its fins get eaten, quarantine it?
 
Quarantine every new arrival for four weeks before you mix them with your fish. If you think your white skirt tetra will nip it, I'd isolate the skirt tetra before putting the angel there. One angel will work fine.
 
30 gallons

OKay, but I have 1 white skirt and one long fin black skirt in there, it's a 30 gallon tank. I also have about 10 other fish in their with them.
 
how many of each species do you have? the tank is probably too full to add an angel, and if there is space you should build up your schools to 5 or 6. then the tank will be full
