What is your favorite tetra? I want to have a nice sized group - maybe 15 or so. And I want color! So what's your favorite?

That's a really open ended question!
The problem with choosing only 1 as a favorite is extremely difficult.
If you want color, that's just about all of them,
Neons, black neons, cardinals, brass, lemons, bloodfin. x-ray, blues...too many to list that I like!

Well my wife loves the neons and i happen to like the glolights they all have colors sometimes it is hard to choose from

I love the Glow Lites myself, but I think as far as color you might want to try the Neon Tetras. Like everybody has said there all great. I like the yellow Tetras also.
I favor Congos, Cardinals, Lemons, Diamonds, and Black Phantoms. If I had to choose just one Tetra over all, I would have to go with the Cardinal.

i hate serpaes though . their fins are very pretty colored but they cant be kept with any of my other fish cept this silver tetra i dont know what it is but uts just as mean

Neons all the way. They are cute, small and school nicely.
Although I dont really pay much attention to neons any longer as danios are my favorite type of fish that exibit a lot of the same behaviors.
