Hi Everyone
Just a quickie as there seems to be a lot of people on here I'll ask a quick question.........
My Albinos are frantically laying eggs at the moment, 41 was in the tank not long ago (yes I stood there and counted!!!) I went to collect them within the half hour and 3 remained!!!!! I took the hint and fed the fish in the tank and so far managed to collect a further 25-30 eggs and transferred them to another tank. They were a tan colour so I am presuming that they are fertilized. Now there are about another 10 on the glass that have just been laid.....does the male come along and fertilize straight away IE follow the female??? should I wait a while before collecting??? but then risk the chance of them getting eaten?? they have been on glass about 10 min but look clear!!
Some one please help as wee bit confused!!!
Thanks heaps in advance....................
