I have to buy some water dechlorinator. I can buy it at Petsmart at their online price. Which of the following would you recommend for quality and best "bang for the buck" ?

Prime, Amquel Plus, Aqua Safe (Tetra), Novaqua Plus(by Kordon) 0r Aqua Plus

Thanks

Prime by far the best "bang for the buck".

"BANG FOR THE BUCK" ,.....I'd say PRIME too.

I've even heard hear lately that IF you want even more bang for your buck, you can get POND PRIME,....it's twice as strong!!

I bought amquel plus from petco when it was on sale. so that's what i recommend. when comparing prices though, you should also take into account how much is needed to treat how much water. for example, a 100ml of Brand A only needs 5ml per 10gal of water will cost more than 100ml of Brand B that needs 20ml per 10gal of water.

Nothing beats prime. and you only use about 2-3 drops per gallon of water (incoming water--not tank size).

Prime all the way

There is aprox 20 drops in 5ml of water. I think.

Prime.
