Crap I've got ich!! Question about adf's and quick cure

Are you absolutely sure that it's ich and not a fungal or bacterial infection from the water quality?
No Im not sure. My molly has 3 white spots on its tail and 2 of my fish are flickering off things. I was battling columnaris for a few weeks but I am 99% certain thats been gone for over a week.
But, if the water has had ammonia in it the fishes immune systems can be severely compromised, so even if you thought the bacterial infection was completely gone, there may have been enough bacteria hanging around to reinfect, and the fish would not be able to fight it off.
The reason I think its ich is because of the white spots on the tail. There are no other white spots on its body. There are 4 white spots on its tail. I don't see white spots on anyone else, just the flickering off the tubing.
And it doesn't look like the columnaris you were dealing with before? What you describe does sound like ich. Good luck, I hope your fishies get better!
No it doesn't look like the columnaris from before. I just turned off their light so I don;t want to bother them. I will post some pics tomorrow to make sure that it is ich.
