congo tetra tank

the tank they have is 75gals its 36'' long but also very wide and high.
check the footprint that tank is big enough for the fish mentioned.

Ah yes, I just saw 36" wide and thought automatically thats its a 40 gallon or so. Ya 75 gallon is a good size for a tank of 20 congos.
 
20 congos in a 75 gallon is fine. i think that you should keep it 1 species of tetra, and have them be the focus of the tank. you might want to get a school of 10 coryodras for the bottom of the tank OR a group of 4 flagtail/porthhole catfish. most top dwellers are pretty active, and that might draw attention away from the congos.
