co2 Tablets?

Was on a site that was selling these, and was wandering if anyone has used them, and do they work? Thanks!

They work, but they are much too expensive in the long run. You need to throw them in continuously, which, after a while, costs a lot more than buying a pressurized CO2 system.

I agree. I just meant that even buying an expensive pressurized CO2 system is cheaper than using those tabs.

Thanks for letting me know. Was thinking about trying them just untill I can afford to get the other. I do have another question, I have a 55 gallon tank with 2 40watt light fixture in the planted tank and im adding ferts, but I have noticed some of my plants have some black fungas growing on them. Also a few spots on glass. Could this be be because im not using co2? Thanks alot everyone! I do have light on most of the day, should I not be doing that?
