Here is a cheap, but cool gift you can make to give this year. I've given a couple out to people who host parties. It's really simple. All you need is some sort of bottle with a cork (cool colored wine bottles are perfect for this). A small string of christmas light (24 light sets are cheap, and perfect), you can use white or colored it's up to you. Dont try and fit a 300 light strand into a little bottle it will look to jumbled up. Push the christmas lights one at a time into the bottle. You can use something small and long to adjust your lights in the bottle. I usually just puh them in and give the bottle a little shake. Leave the cord hang out as long as you can, and push the cork into the bottle. Done! There's alot of things you can do to customize your bottles, If you are "crafty" at all, the possibilities are endless. I did these in about 10 minutes for both. One is in a blue colored wine bottle, with this glass type grape thing I got at a craft store. The hay looking stuff around the neck of the bottle is called raffia(prolly not spelled right). The other one is more commonly found bottle around my house and was left plain. Here is the two of the ones I made.

That's a cool idea, those look great!

Oh yeah don't forget to clean the labels off the bottles before you start, especially if you drink Maddog 20/20 lmao.

CLEVER:idea::grinyes:

nope.

Cool RED, i have made them with fish bowls, and whine glasses, I should have thought about liquor bottles, lmao, ..I have an empty crown bottle, that would look pretty sweet!

I think an empty Crown bottle would look great.

It would look even better if you could arrange the lights to spell the words "Smooth and Easy", but after finishing off the bottle, I don't think I could get my hands to work well enough for such fine detail.

See, ladies, even guys can make cool stuff for Christmas!

Geta drill bit for glass and drill a hole in glass block. Shove lights in them and stack a few up,looks like ice with lights in it..
