I have a 10 gallon that is stocked with (after research and approval here) 6 neon tetras, 2 guppies, 3 cory cats, and 3 snails. I used to have a honey gourami, who seemed to be doing great for a couple of months or so, but then unexpectantly passed away. I was wondering what another good centerpeice fish would be? (I haven't had good luck with mollies but would really love them.)

I had one in my ten gallon at the beginning but after he took a chunk out of my guppy's tail, I had to move him to a different tank. Any other ideas?

Hmmm...I wonder if my LFS has any. I will check. Any other ideas? Will that fish get along with my others?

Dwarf Gouramis are a good choice. Their temperaments are generally better than the larger, normal Gouramis, but it's still something to keep an eye out on when you add one.

well in my tank i have 3 flag fish 1 m 2 f and 2 german blue rams and 1 dwarf puffer and they all get a long maybe it's just the luck of the draw

Yes, I heard that Dwarf Gouramis will bully guppies. That's why I had a honey gourami and he never seemed to mess with them. Like I said before, I haven't had good luck with mollies but would really like one. Would that be a good centerpeice fish? They are supposed to be very hardy, but the couple I have had before died within weeks of me purchasing them...
