Bubbles on Decorations

i set my tank up last night. the filter is running and there are no fish in it yet.

most of my decorations, mainly the plastic plants, are covered in air bubbles. its not really a problem just kind of annoying.

is this normal and will they ever go away?

It is normal in a freshly filled tank and they will go away in a few days, most of them in a few hours.
