blue severum????

Hi fish keepers. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was such thing as a blue severum? Or something close to that like a turquoise or somthing? I have seen green, gold and some others. But if anyone knows if there is such thing as a blue or turquose severum please help me out and post the name and picture please to. Oh and if you want to post a list of types of severums that would be great. Thanks

turquoise sevs are the closest you are going to get to blue. personal fan of gold sevs.

Thanks for the help. I saw a really cool gold severum when i was looking through the pictures of a turquoise severum. Oh and thefishboss97, can you take a pic of your 24 green neons? Im trying to find a cool looking schooling fish.

IME the turquoise severum is just a name change to make the green severum sound like a different fish. As with any other fish there are different fish with different colors and a little spin on the name can help sell more fish. Here's a few pics of my green severums that show different color variations from the same fish. From blue to green to turquoise and with very little color showing. These are all pics of the same fish. I find the deep blues as in the 2nd pic tend to come out during spawning.

a turqouise severum will happily eat green neon tetras just incase that was what you planned.
You could try giant danios,buenos aires tetras (I think), and plenty of species of rainbowfish
