Looking for bottled water I can just through a betta in. Thanx

IF you are talking about the water at PETCO so to speak that says beta water it a BIG waste of money. Use tap water and treat the water cheaper. If you are going to go room temp just get a water jug and treat the water and let it sit out.

Your beta would be happier in a heated tank all the same.

If you don't want to bother with dechlorinating just buy cheap spring water from the supermarket.

If you must get bottled water just get it from those vending machines you see outside Supermarkets and elswhere. Much, much cheaper than what Petco sells.
You still should dilute it with some regular tap water as it may not have enough minerals in it.
Best bet: invest a few bucks in some declorinater and just use treated tapwater.

Be sure the tank you put it in is at LEAST 2.5 gallons and has a filter+heater.

Oh, and I also say just condition your own tap water.

Umm, why do you want bottled water in the first place? Is it what you were told to use, saw it at a pet store, or is there something wrong with your water?

Unless you have something wrong with your water (very high nitrates or something), I would not bother with bottled water or distilled water. Just get a water conditioner/dechlorinator (if you need it; well users don't usually) such as Prime and treat your tap water.

Honestly I don't trust any bottled water for fish now a days.
With all of the vitamins and such they put in them, I wouldn't risk it.
I would suggest at least using treatment even WITH bottled water.

all bottled water is is just RO water. some places will add a few minerals to enhance taste but that is about it, i know Ice-mountian bottled water has a PH of 6.8, but most others should be at or around 7.0.

good luck.
