Algae Eater for 35G

I recommend Siamese Algae Eaters (SAE's) as well, not only are they social, but eat many types of algae (even at full maturity unlike Chinese Algae Eaters), stay relatively small, and work great in a communty setting. PS they're darn cute too! ;) Here's a pic, just make sure the stripe extends all the way in to the tail.....

If you get a fish to control your algae you will need to supplement their diet with veggies. This is because they cannot live on just algae. Also, many plecos need a piece of live driftwood in the tank as the wood is an important part of their diet.

Thanks for the that info. I am looking up info and fact sheets on every fish people suggest. I have no problems doing extra work.

Adorable pic :) Looks like they cover different areas of the tank to. Are CAE often mistaken for them? If so, I will definitely have to watch my selection.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Now I have many choices to pick from. They are bound to have at least two of the suggested fish species you guys gave me.
