I have 8 Gallon tank working from last 4-5 months having 6 Tiger barb and 1 Blue Garoumi. Whenever I put any forum here people here out tells me that it is over crowded. Is it really crowded ??

So now I am thinking to get rid off it and exchange with my LFS. And I want to know which fish I can get for my 8 gallon tanks. I want maximum fish so i can grow plants also in it.

Too many fish for such a small tank. The blue gourami alone can reach 5-6 inches when it is an adult. Then you also have the tiger barbs. I would take back those fish since they will grow too large for that size tank and get some other fish that are more appropriate for that tank size. A nice school of the smaller tetras would be nice such as cardinals or neons. You could also go with the black neons if you like them better or even some endlers. Stay with smaller tetras though. Any of the smaller tetras will look awesome with a planted tank.

You could definitely do 5-6 neons 6 ghost shrimp, and a honey gourami. That will give you a lot of color, and wont be too much of a strain on the tank.

Is this a bio orb?

Why not upgrade to something bigger, instead of trying to push an 8gallon to the max. Then you have more room for error and a better choice of inhabitants.
