2 Angelfish getting sick...what should i do?

Is the red that is on the gold angels fins always there? If not I would be worried about bacterial. I don't see the white spots you mentioned...is it just slime coat coming off?
Also, the way they are at top of tank looks like they need more oxygen...increase the surface agitation somehow....lower the water level so there is more splashing if you have too.

I would also not raise the temp...if it is bacterial in nature you may make it worse.

Alright, she died this morning (it is sad but I'm happy for her cos' she did fought for her life and she is peaceful buried now). I still have the other active one. I shall lower the water level and get more splashing into the tank and I will go and look for air stones.

Fractalis : I live in a hot tropical climate (Malaysia)

Yes It wasn't there when I got her. The white spot is on the other side of her body.

The warmer water in a bacterial situation will only help the bacteria to proliferate. It will also cause undue stress if the fish is not used to those temps. A slight elevation in temp is helpful when treating parasites such as nematodes and other internal parasites. I think it is also useul with ich. It will speed up the life cycle. This looks bacterial with the red around the fin bases. I would treat with broad spectrum antibiotics for the other angel. Watch your gouramis closely.

Sorry you lost her. It's always a bummer. You tried though....let us know how everyone else is doing.

I lost the second angel today (buried her next to the other one) and one of my gourami is having the similiar problem. I know now it must be spreading around the tank so I talked to the guy from aquarium shop where I got them. I came back with anti-parasite and Aquadene Black Water Special. I placed some of those according to the instructions given. My tank gone absolutely dark purple but now it is clearing out to reddish it almost feel like living on Mars. All my fishes are laying low on the gravel trying to adjust themselves. My Kissing Gouramis occasionally swim up for some air so I think it's a good sign. I don't think my swordtails are doing any good but we'll see. I have high hopes but if they do go away then this will not stop me from starting all over. I do think that my kissers are going to make it. They are hardy and I can see that by now, they will survive :O)

get your money back from the store any reputable store will give you a refund especially since all the other angels in the store tank are sick (you did say that?)
