I really don't think we'd be able to see any signs of evilness yet. But, since I feel I need some justification for a vote, I plan to go back and make some notes today and see if anything arises...perhaps, I will be able to cross people off my suspect list, at least, so I will have a narrower window pick from. And I have my d10 sitting on my desk, which solves everything, lol.
I think this will be a slow day here in the lab, but I am currently exhausted. I just had a biostats exam...at 8am....I'm not a morning person. My brain is fried and I just want to nap on my desk, lol.

not sure Rickets, but the more you go on about Pappy, the more it looks like you are doing so on purpose... and in my opinion, is making you more suspicious... my vote is going your way or Paps...

Hmm....trying to deflect a bit, dangerdoll? As far as I can see, there are other folks who have given paps a way harder time than Rickets. In fact, I can only find one post by Rickets about Pap. The way you said, it sounded like he wouldn't drop it.
Well, it's day one and everyone is still a top suspect. However, the following things have stuck out to me:
John- In post #90, he sounded a bit too confident in declaring who was evil, for only having day 1 info
Rich- Has really emphasized (at least 2 posts) that he has "no theory" but he seems to be making no efforts to change that...so it seems like he is just trying to play it safe/middle of the road- a very Mafia move.
DD- For the reasoning above.
My order currently goes: DD, Rich, John. But my vote will be dependent on DD's response to the above.
I did offer a thought in my last post and John's explanation did nothing to think I was off track. So as of right now John is my top suspect.

With about 9 hours until nightfall it would be nice to see some votes out there.
These late votes do nothing for the town.
If one of you think you can tell if someone is evil or not at this point, please let us in on your secret. You can also post your vote and always change it. It is good to see who someone acts with a few votes on them. The lack of voting and particapaction will help the mafia more than it helps the town.

Are you waiting for someone else to vote me first, so you can follow? Why not place your vote.
If my answer was not good enough, then respond with a vote. Seems like you are trying to convice others to vote for me before you even place a vote. I really felt my answer was pretty striaght forward and like I said, if it was not good enough, then you should have voted for me. I don't think anyone is going to get on your same track.

Maybe you should read the whole post.
Really it is simple math. It is not like there are lots of players. I am fairly certain that of the three players I was talking about (DD, Jpap, & Orge), one is evil and one has a power role. It is really not that much of a stretch. It is of course with the assumption that Lady G might have tweeked the roles a bit. Also I think that one could take any three players and make the same statement.
Saying I sounded "too confident" is really misleading. Referring to a post and not quoting is also real misleading.

I think that this day one has been slower than most I have played. I considered spicing it up with a ranked, numbered list that means nothing, but decided to lay off until at least day two for that. As of right now, JL, Ogre and DD are the only ones who I have any suspicions of, and I think that it's just because it's habit. I've learned not to trust them, especially JL and Ogre (who completely snowed me a few games back). I don;t think I've played with many of you before, so this should be fun!

I only have a few minutes at work, but I thought I would pop in and see what has transpired----not much! LOL
I would love to stick a vote out there but I honestly am not sure who to vote for at this point. I will be home in a couple of hours and I will then have time to read again, compile my thoughts & hopefully come up with a less than worthless vote....
