Multi-species cory school?

Hi guys,

Im looking to get some Cory Catfish, but im torn between the copper corys and pepper corys. I didn’t know if it was possible to have an interspecies group, as I don’t have enough space for more than 6/7 of them to be happy. My question is, could I have 2 peppers and 4 copper? I only have a gourami in the tank atm.

It's most natural for them to be in bigger groups of their own kind, but very generally speaking, different types will still hang together.

I would go all of 1 species, they're MUCH more fun in a bigger group.
