Looking for help planing filter setup for 500 gal cichlid tank

I recently picked up a 500 gal tank and I'm looking for what would be the best filter setup. the tank came with a 50 gal sump but I feel that's not enough I have a 90 gal tank I could use as well but not sure how to configure it. What media to use, do I need a uv purifier , I have plenty of room all the plumbing will be in the basement so I will probably need a large pump as the rise will be in the 8-10 foot range. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

What specific cichlids do plan on stocking and quantity of each? It will determine sump size/style and media, IMO. What substrate? Plan on drilling tank?
