Hello everyone!
Im generally new to this scene, and while setting up an axolotl tank, i had been recommended this plant. That was a couple of months ago, and now i cannot remember the name of this plant for the life of me, any ideas of what it is?

Thank you everyone!

Looks like a species of myriophyllum to me.

But not something I readily recognize.

Yeah, I'd go with a myrio too...except for those nice big roots...they never look like that in my tanks...Common names include parrot's feather but there are more species & common names...I don't know after dougall's guess, he know's more plants than I do...

(I just fake it most times, also don't use common/trade names much)

Looks like two different plants, honestly; both myriophyllum (tall, feathery one) and water sprite (thick-stemmed plant with branching points, odd roots, and fewer, broader leaves).
