Well, it seems my DIY-CO2 is up and working, the tank seems to have found it's equilibrium. Now, I will plant it...
My goal is plants to accentuate my fish, not the other way around. It' a tetra tank, by and large, only non-tetras are one kissing gourami, one cherry barb, three zebrafish, one angel, and one pleco.
The kids would like another kissing gourami (my girl) and more angels (my boy). I have currently one Madgascar lace (looking great!), two anubias, and some spindly H. difformis and H. augustifolia. I am looking for tall background plants, to hide the UV sterilizer in one corner, and the heater/intake in the other.

I welcome any and all suggestions.

Jungle val is cheap and should fill out the back pretty nicely with CO2

Or some stem plants---Hygro, Ludwigia, ect.

What you need is a great green lush Amazon sword.

by amazing coincidence I happen to have one that I just noticed has taken over half my 10g when I wasn't looking. It needs a new, larger home. You need a new, large plant. Will wonders never cease. :)

If interested shoot me a PM.
