Whats the biggest school I can have in a 10 Gal Planted?

My tanks finally cycled, its an 10 Gallon Co2 setup. No real hideouts as of now besides the plants. What would be the biggest school I could have, and of what fish?

A 10gal is a little too small for fish to school in. Most would just "drift" in different directions.

You can try 6-8 of either Neons, Cardinals, whiteclouds, zebras, ect.

yea, wasnt thinking more then 4-5.

Maybe a pair of fish and breed them?

when i still had my ten gallon planted tank set up i had a betta, 3 panda corries and 2 otto cats. worked out pretty good.

I think theres to much movement for a betta.

What would be a good M & F pair to have? Cause I have another tank i could put fry in

Try some of the smaller fishes like Boraras, Microrasbora, etc.

I was going to suggest just that. You can have 10+ in a 10g and they will school together just fine, bringing life to the tank.
