Aquatic Plant Depot...
I'm rather fond of Aquatic Plant Depot. Shipping is an automatic $10 no matter how much you buy (so buying more is better than less in the long run). Their prices seem to be the best around.
examples of prices per your request:
-$0.45 for a bunch of Elodea as opposed to $1.99 at my local store (I didn't buy this from them, so I can't tell you about number or quality)
-$1.15 for a "small" Amazon sword that is larger than anything my local store sells for $4.00
-$3.45 for their small Anubias, $9.50 if you want them 12"!
-Valisneria starting at $0.45 a plant, the guys I ordered are kinda tiny, but they grow fast enough
-$1.09 for many of their bunched plants. I bought "red temple" and got 6 or 7 stems that rooted themselves immediately.
