Visi-Jet Protein Skimmer

I am looking at protein skimmers for my aquapod 24 and i found this visi-jet protein skimmer on drs.fostersmith and it is a pretty decent price and has great reviews but when i went to do some more searching on other sites from protein skimmers i found this same one listed on petco's site with horrible reviews so i was wondering if anybody here had an experience with this skimmer and if so were they good or bad experiences

Had one when I first started keeping saltwater. Took up alot of space in the aquarium and was kinda a pain in the rear to use. I wouldn't buy it again.

thanks for the personal experience and while i was picking up the new tank at the LFS they had a used biocube skimmer that fits in the rear sump area of the tank so i got it
