please assist if you have used.

so i bought 4 uniseal slip fitting for a diy project they are the 1.25" ones which uses the 2" whole-saw tool .

now i do not have a 2" whole-saw tool but i do have an 2.1/8"( :duh:) i know might dumb but humer me.

i was told by a carpenter that the 1/8 wold not make a difference but i was sceptical so ai trie my idea on two bucksts first now their is play between the unisael and the whole that i made in the buckets

should this be or should i have a snug fit ?

is the pipe going to stretch the uniseal that much as to make the joint water tight?

now i live in the caribbean and i ordered these things all the way from Ohio and had to pay for well shiping and customs and all.

so do these things really work or did i get well played ?

no offence ment on any prat just maybe i need to follow precise instruction.

please help.

p.s sorry for the rant....

The uniseal should fit pretty snugly into the hole its meant for, there shouldn't be any play. The pipe won't stretch it enough to make up for 1/8" gap.

you need 2 inch hole saw try and borrow one or ask someone to cut your holes or else your going to have problems with a larger sized hole.
