One of my Tiger Barbs had a case of fin rot but he has completely healed from it (meaning, it's not rotting in any other places). He's now acting completely normal and is schooling with the other Barbs and eating normally. During the fin rot tho, he lost his whole tail fin and I was wondering if it will ever grow back again... Thanks-

Ryan

It should grow back.

I have one Tiger Barb that seems to have an ongoing tail rot problem. None of the other Tigers get it, all other fish in the tank are perfectly healthy, and the water quality is pristine.

Anyway, I remove him and put him in a 10g hospital tank and treat it with Melafix. He always gets his tail back.

Good luck.

I have a left over juvi convict, that i never was able to catch so i left it in my midas tank and the midas bit the tail right off a few months ago, the tail looks good as new now.

Fish can very easily regenerate fin membranes provided there was still part of the fin there to grow back from. If the disease took it all the way down to the body, then it will probably remain that way.
