Nice...
Attention everyone! The miracle of birth has occured for the 87 billionth time! :joke:

LOL, i'm actually trying to breed Fancy Tailed Guppies and love to go guppy tank and see the newbies and watch thier little beelies fill up on thier little "First Bites". I haven't seen any actually born though. thanx for the pictures

thanks for the sarcasim Blimper.. i just thought it would be neat to post this as alot of newbies ask about how do they know when they are gonna give birth or some people actually havent seen it ..

I've never seen it before, at least from guppies. I personally love to see baby fish. Live-bearers were always too cautious though, they're survivors. (Congradulations, you have been born. But your parents and everything larger than you wants to eat you. Have fun.) The "nice" part wasn't sarcastic, I like seeing this kind of thing.

i didnt think the nice part was sarcastic ..just the other part..

i thought it was kinda cool seeing it .. i sat there for a while watching .. all the other times i missed it.. we must have about 100 babies right now ..

And that is why I keep fish. Good luck with them, if you intend to keep them alive.

those are amazing pictures! thank you for sharing with us. Im not big on that type of fish, I've had countless numbers of them but they never seem to live more than a few mins. but that must have been amazing to see

thanks for the pics, never seen my guppies give birth b4..

I still wonder how a guppy can fit all thos lil babys inside her and not look too bloated..
