Tank Cleaning BIZ help

Insurance.

I second that.

Also, instead of just a bucket and siphon, invest in a Python or something similar. It will save you time, and make your job easier. But, keep the buckets and siphon for those places you won't be able to use the Python.

Also, test kits.

Insurance.

I third that. If a fish dies the next day, or they notice a crack in the tank, etc.etc. They will put all the blame on you.
Thats why I am the only one that is allowed to clean my tanks. If something happens it will be my fault.
Good Luck.

Think of the liability.
What if one day someones fish ALL die.
and they THINK its because something you did.

What are you going to do then?

Insurance is a MUST in this type of endeavor.

this is sounding more complicated then I thought it would be!

Most things are. You're dealing with the potential to cause REAL damage to someone's home. As careful as you might be, it might take nothing more than an accidental bump of a decorative rock into the glass to cause 125 gallons of water to cascade onto someones floor, damaging flooring etc. 3x on the insurance policy, and I'm not sure who's going to write that particular policy either. Might not be easy to obtain.
