sump and overflow box?

I currently have a 120 gallon tank and am interested in installing an overflow box and sump system. Can somebody lead me in the right direction please. My current filter is an fx5 and creates too many micro bubble plus I understand that it doesn't help with nitrates...thank you:duh:

Are you looking to make your own sump out of a glass/acrylic fish tank or just purchase a pre made model?
